SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Here at Snow Skiers Warehouse we use Auspost for Small Orders (Life Jackets, Ropes/Handles, Snow Outerwear, Boots, Bindings, etc), and StarTrack for Large items (Snowboards, Wakeboards, Waterskis, Kneeboards, Large Tubes, etc).
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are shipped the same day. All orders placed on the weekend are shipped the proceeding Monday. A tracking number will be available in your confirmation email. If you cannot find your tracking number, www.snowskierswarehouse.com.au/pages/contact-us to get help.
Your order may be split up into multiple packages in order to reduce time it is in transit. If your order is split up you can view the different tracking numbers in your confirmation email.
If an item you ordered is not available, one of our friendly staff will contact you to discuss alternative options.

Please keep in mind that these timeframes are rough estimates, and the actual delivery time for your order may be sooner or later then estimated depending on what you have ordered. Standard shipping is available at checkout on all orders below $99. All standard shipping orders are sent via Standard AusPost.
IN STORE PICKUP:
In store pickup is available at checkout on all orders.
