How do I book ski equipment online?

To book your ski equipment online, simply visit our website, choose your preferred equipment, and select your rental dates. After entering your details, you'll proceed to the checkout page where you can confirm your reservation.

Can I pick up my equipment in-store if I book online?

Yes, you can pick up your equipment at our store even if you book online. Please bring a valid ID and the confirmation email when you come to pick up your equipment.

What do I need to bring to rent equipment in-store?

When renting in-store, please bring a valid ID and a credit card for the deposit. If you have a reservation, bring your confirmation email as well.

Are there different types of equipment available for rent?

Yes, we offer a variety of ski and snowboarding equipment to suit all levels of experience from beginner to advanced. Our website lists all available options and their features.

How far in advance should I book my equipment?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak season, to ensure availability. Online bookings can be made up to 6 months in advance.

What is your cancellation policy for online bookings?

You can cancel your online booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the pickup time may incur a fee.

Can I change my equipment after I’ve picked it up?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with your equipment or if you find it unsuitable, you can exchange it in-store within the first day of rental, subject to availability.

Do you offer a discount for long-term rentals?

Yes, we offer discounts for rentals longer than 5 days. The discount increases with the length of the rental period.

Is there an age limit or minimum age requirement for renting equipment?

There is no minimum age for renting equipment, but a parent or guardian must sign the rental agreement for minors under the age of 18.

What happens if the equipment gets damaged?

In case of damage, normal wear and tear are expected and accepted. However, significant damage or loss of equipment will result in a charge to cover the repair or replacement costs.

Season Rentals FAQ

What is a season rental?

A season rental allows you to rent ski or snowboard equipment for an extended period of 3 or 4 months. This option is perfect for those who plan to ski frequently throughout the season but do not wish to purchase their own equipment.

Which products are available for season rental?

All of our package products are available for season rentals as well as other select products, see our booking widget for more details on season rental pricing and availability.

How does billing work for season rentals?

Season rentals are charged on a monthly basis. When you book a season rental, the first month’s payment is required upfront, and the subsequent payments will be billed monthly for the duration of the season for a total of 4 payments.

Is maintenance included in the season rental?

Yes, maintenance is included. You can bring in your equipment for a free tune-up once during your rental period to ensure it stays in top condition.

Can I purchase the equipment after the rental period?

In some cases, you may have the option to purchase your rented equipment at the end of the rental period. Please contact us for details regarding purchase options and prices.
