Its snowing in Japan, and more snowfall is Projected Getting stoked for the season? Is it almost time to scrape off that storage wax and hop on a plane to Japan? History has been made at Thredbo!  Amazing what people are stomping these days.  Alex Hall landed the worlds first switch triple cork 1800. A spin into the future... and first place. Congratulations @alexhallskiing!

Looks like the Australian mountains were gifted with a series of late season storms, which will keep us going strong into the spring.  Before this last storm, all the rain had us a bit worried about how long the season was going to last.  Patches of dirt were beginning to poke through and rocks were becoming exposed.  This last storm delivered the goods which dropped over 50cm of fresh snow.     Photo: Thredbo.  Looking forward to the spring season!  

I'm sure that most of you have herd that Vail resorts bought Whistler/Blackcomb.  This opens up massive opportunities for us over here who have purchased a Perisher epic pass.    WELL, should those of us who bought a Thredbo pass feel out of the loop, no!  Why?  Thredbo's mountain collective now includes Telluride in Colorado, and Revelstoke in British Colombia.  Get excited for the upcoming northern-hemi winter folks.  Come on dow

Thredbo parks is looking on point for this weekend.  Looks like the new jump that they have constructed offers plenty of hang-time!  Get on up there and get after it.  You might see shop employees Colin, Chloie, Ryan and Sammie up there on the slopes this weekend enjoying the snow!
